ISLAMABAD: Kissan Ittehad head Khalid Hussain has confirmed that the protesting farmers’ held a meeting with interior minister Rana Sanaullah during the second round of talks, ARY News reported on Thursday.
While conversing with columnists today, Khalid Hussain said that the main round of talks between the fighting ranchers and the national government had fizzled, though, a gathering was held with the inside serve Rana Sanaullah during the second round of talks today.
"We have advised him about our requests. We have examined the pace of power unit and Sanaullah sent a warning to the energy service to quit getting bills from the ranchers till October 10."

The Kissan Ittehad head said that they are grateful to Sanaullah for starting discussions with the ranchers. He added that the ranchers will remain in the government capital until they satisfaction of their requests.
He asked the national government to make a declaration for the one-unit pace of power. After the declaration of the power unit's value, the ranchers will end their demonstration.
Prior, the fighting ranchers, under the umbrella of Kissan Ittehad, cautioned of 'sticking' the entire nation, allowing a two-hour final proposal to experts for talks.
